My Qualifications

Science Council Member 2000 - 2001

One meeting is all that I have missed while being a member of Utah State's Science council, during this time I have been on the committee for Student of the Month.
Over the summer, I had the opportunity to talk to incoming science students and to answer their questions about Computer Science and Chemistry ( my two majors ).

Chemistry Department Representative 2000 - 2001

As Chemistry Department Representative, I had the splendid opportunity to have lunch with and talk with the five dean candidates for the Dean of the College of Science.  It was a wonderful experience to interact with such great women and men.  I have also had the opportunity to talk with the Department of Chemistry's Chairman as a representative of the science council.

Computer Science Department Representative 2000

With the onus of being a representative of two departments, I proudly recruited the present Computer Science Representative.

Mentor 1999 - 2001

Youth and Families with Promise is a great service project that our extension office provides.  Not only have I had the privilege of mentoring a Youth for over two years now, I also was in charge of building their current web page ( ), I am currently the webmaster there.

Volunteer 2000

In fall semester of 2000, I had the enjoyment of being a volunteer in the S.T.A.R  program. I read with second graders at Adam's Elementary School.  Unfortunately, my schedule does not allow me to repeat this fun service.
